I'm having trouble registering a course under another person's name

Hello, I recently purchased the 2 pack course. I will not use my course for a while because It will take ma a long time to get the 360 day requirements in. My Captain I am hiring however for my company, he is ready to take the course and ready to pre-schedule the exam soon. I called your office concerned that I would like for my friend to be able to create his very own account and log in and out with his very own user email and password. I was told by your office that once I log in under my personal email and password, and once I activate one of the codes for him, that we could create his very own account. However, I have just entered an activation code - the one we are using for him to use, but all it did is launch the course under my name. I do not see where to assign this course to Andy so that he can create his own account. I do not want this course launched for me yet because it will take me more than a year to complete. I'm saving my course to activate on a later date. Can you please help me figure out how to set him up with the course I just activated per your instructions over the telephone? Thank you ver much.
