I have found the link for all of the forms that are needed for the application once I pass my proctored exam. My questions are these:
With the correct results reporting form, do I use some kind of USCG approved doctor for the medical exam or will my own physician suffice?
With the correct results reporting form, can I use my medical office's testing lab for the drug test?
I guess I'm confused about all the references to things such as applying for the TWIC and completing the CPR course "within 12 months" or "within one year" of applying for my license.
Can you go into the timeline of the application process in more detail? For instance, if I take my proctored exam on Jan. 7 2018 (which I am) what is the line of events to make the application as expeditiously as possible?
